Inner Monglia Jianlong Biochemical Co., Ltd. also realized the importance of environmental protection while developing. Production waste water of xanthan gum produced by the company has the characteristics of strong viscosity and high content of NH3-N, and waste water mainly includes residual saccharides after the fermentation with strong biodegradability. If such waste water is discharged directly, it will cause large pollution on the environment. In order to avoid environmental pollution during production process, the company newly constructs a waste water treatment station with 3000m3/day treatment capability based on 2000t/d original design capability to treat annual 4000ton xanthan gum production. In order to ensure waste water meet discharge standards, waste water factory in our company mainly adopts coagulating sedimentation + flotation + IC + multi-level A/O technology for treatment. After mud-water separation, the sludge is concentrated and dehydrated by sludge dewatering equipment; dried mud after the dehydration enters into the boiler for the combustion to realize thorough harmlessness; waste water is continued to be discharged into downstream waste water treatment unit for final treatment and finally meets national discharge standard; waste water after the treatment with COD≤120mg/l can completely be used for integrated recovery and utilization such as workshop clearance, environmental hygiene, and factory area greening.
