As for the particularity of safety work in our company and in order to strengthen and improve safety work awareness for the managers and employees in restricted space such as the internal space of the tank and the pipeline, safety management department of the company organized safety training in restricted space for all the staff in May 2015. Training contents mainly include: firstly, improve safety alertness of the workers by analyzing some safety accidents occurred in restricted space; secondly, each unit should strictly implement the system of first inspection and then work and work personnel are not allowed to enter into restricted space before the work in restricted space, and provide relative devices meeting national standards such as ventilation, inspection, lightening, communication, and emergency devices and personal protection articles during work process; thirdly, further perfect restricted space work system, and specify the principal, worker, and supervisor for the work in restricted space, and the training should be conducted and personal duties should be specified and the work is strictly prohibited without supervisor and training; fourthly, make emergency program for restricted space work, improve emergency response capability for emergency accident, and positively conduct various kinds of emergency drillings.
By worker safety training in restricted space, comprehensively improve business level of managers in all levels and all the workers, further realize safety responsibility, and strengthen safety awareness.
